Årsrapport 2025Business reviewThe company's principal activity is to conduct trading and investment operations, including in real estate directly or indirectly through subsidiaries in Denmark or abroad, as well as related business activities and financial operations.
Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of DKK 135.824, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 1.804.814.The company's Danish parent (PoloniaCo ApS) is involved in a case regarding withholding tax on dividends of approximately DKK 136 million (plus current interest) distributed within the group in 2020. The dividend was distributed after obtaining a binding response from the tax authorities, which confirmed that no dividend tax should be withheld upon distribution within the group to Atrium Group Services B.V. The authorities have subsequently changed their position, as the beneficial owner is now considered to be the group's companies located in Jersey, and that the binding response was given on the basis of insufficient information about the relevant transactions. The company's Danish parent (PoloniaCo ApS) does not agree with this, and the proposed decision and the tax authorities' ability to waive the binding response are contested by the company. The proposed decision from the tax authorities was received in October 2023, and the company responded in April 2024. On 25 March 2025, the Danish Tax Council granted permission for the Danish tax authorities to raise a claim for payment of withholding tax, and the Danish Tax Agency has at the same time made a decision against the company demanding payment of withholding tax (approximately DKK 136 million plus current interest).
