Description of key activities of the companyUnder the trade name DAMM, the company's primary activities include research & development, manufacturing and marketing & sales of professional radio communication systems worldwide. DAMM’s TCP/IP-based communication platforms include base stations, system software and miscellaneous applications, all which support multiple leading radio communication standards on the market - inclusive of TETRA, DMR Tier II and Tier III and Analog – and can be scaled from small networks to large country-wide networks. DAMM’s MultiTech communication system supports:Multi Technology – TETRA, DMR Tier II and Tier III and Analog in one boxMulti Frequency – supports VHF and UHF in all technologiesMulti Carrier – flexible, cost-efficient solution with up to four carriers in one box Frequency Sharing – reduces the requirement of no. of frequencies in the network DAMM delivers solutions to various industries which include amongst others Transportation, Wind Energy, Utilities, Mining and Public Safety. DAMM and DAMM Tetraflex® are significantly well recognized brands in the PMR (Professional Mobile Radio) industry. OEM deliverables of base stations is also part of the company’s business.

The gross profit for the year amounts to DKK 84,1 million compared to DKK 86,3 million last year. The profit after taxes amounts to DKK 24,8 million compared to DKK 25,1 million last year. Equity at year end amounts to DKK 60,7 million. Profit before taxes is realized above the estimated result as communicated in the annual report for fiscal year 2023/24; primarily because of a higher activity level than anticipated. In fiscal year 2024/25 the company invested DKK 2.3 million in property, plant and equipment, which include amongst others (1) solar panels on the company’s roof at headquarters in Sønderborg, which contributes to DAMM’s environmental footprint and (2) expansion of DAMM’s internal SMD production line. The management consider the result satisfactory.
