Årsrapport 2026Description of key activities of the companyThe company's activities are development and trading of nautical and geospatial software and data, as well as maritime instruments and articles. Additionally, the company invests in other businesses associated with the naval industry.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross profit for the year totals DKK 17.560.695 against DKK 16.925.844 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK (1.714.368) against DKK 2.188.009 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory. In 2025/26, special items primarily relate to employee termination costs incurred as part of the Group’s strategic initiatives and organisational adjustments. These costs reflect deliberate actions taken to support the Group’s strategy and improve the organisation’s future operating platform. Reference is made to note 1 of the annual report.
