Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025In 2025 BROEN was a part of the international group Aalberts N.V. listed on the Euro-next Amsterdam and on the AMX index. Principal activities BROEN’s activities are development, production, marketing and sale of valves and fittings worldwide.
During 2025, the company has been a part of demerger resulting in the former Broen A/S (CVR.: 71 17 25 11) having demerged into Valves Investment ApS (CVR.: 71 17 25 11) and Broen A/S (CVR.: 46 03 00 60) with accounting effect from 1st January 2025. As a result of the demerger, the comparable figures as of 2024 have been adjusted to reflect the actual comparable figures for the activity going forward. The comparable figures is accounted for using the uniting of interests method. The market Several of BROENs markets showed negative development in 2025. Especially activity within the Building Industry market was still very slow in 2025 driven by low project activity due to increase of building cost, interest rate and inflation. Our markets in West Europe within the District Heating developed positively. Natural Gas market in USA was stable. Revenue to the Marine market showed positive development in 2025 especially in China. Our new products introduced in previous years continued to contribute to our sales in 2025. Foreign branches The company has a branch office in Finland and a permanent establishment in France. Products and Product Development Our Full Flow valve continues the positive development in the markets. This product will contribute to further growth in 2026.
