Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025Kramp Danmark A/S principal activity is the sale of spare and wearing parts, technical articles and accessories for agriculture and industry. Kramp Danmark is owned by Kramp Groep B.V. (the Netherlands).The Kramp Group is Europe’s largest specialist in spare parts and accessories for the agricultural industry. With over 500,000 products available online and ready for immediate delivery, more than 4,000 top brands, 11 distribution centers and 24 sales offices spread across Europe, Kramp is an essential partner for customers and suppliers. Kramp supplies agricultural machinery dealers, garden and park machinery dealers, construction machinery dealers, OEM’s and industrial service companies. Kramp was founded in 1951.
The income statement for 2025 shows a profit amounting to DKK 9,966 thousand against a profit of DKK 10,856 thousand last year. Equity at 31 December 2025 amounted to DKK 89,075 thousand (2024: DKK 88,969 thousand) on a balance sheet total of DKK 149,131 thousand, resulting in an equity ratio of 59,7% (2024: 60,9%). Distribution of dividend amounted to DKK 10,000 thousand(2024: DKK 10,000 thousand). The average number of full-time employees remained the same: 168 during 2025 versus 167 during 2024. Kramp Danmark generated a gross profit of DKK 119,090 thousand, an increase of 2,2% compared to 2024, nevertheless DKK 3,000 thousand lower than our expectations as stated in the 2024-review. Net profit decreased by DKK 890 thousand from DKK 10,856 thousand in 2024 to DKK 9,966 thousand in 2025. That meant that the net result also ended lower than expected, namely DKK 1,000 thousand. The main reason for the deviations from our expectations was a lower (relative) margin on sales.As a Kramp Denmark is a financially sound company, ready to continue serving its loyal customer base in 2026 and beyond.
