Årsrapport 2025The Company's principal activitiesThe Company's principal activities consist in carrying out business operations related to print-on-demand services, including the provision of consultancy services within software development and marketing for the print-on-demand industry, as well as other related business activities as determined by management.
Development in activities and the financial situationAs the reporting period covers the company’s initial establishment phase, financial results primarily reflect start-up structure, administrative setup, and early operational development. The Company's Income Statement of the financial year 19 December 2024 - 31 December 2025 shows a result of DKK 110.021 and the Balance Sheet at 31 December 2025 a balance sheet total of DKK 499.281 and an equity of DKK 150.021.OutlookManagement expects continued development of consultancy-driven and technology-focused services aligned with the rapid growth of the print-on-demand market. The company aims to expand its operational scope, increase its workforce, and strengthen its contribution to the Gelato group’s digital and software-based value offerings.
