Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The objective of byFounders VC SPV I K/S ("the Entity") is to generate returns by making, monitoring, developing and realising investments in small and medium-sized, innovative technology startups, either directly or through wholly-owned or partially owned holding companies.
Development in activities and financesThe Entity's income statement shows a gain of DKK 6 thousand for the year and at 31.12.2025, the balance sheet of the Entity shows equity of DKK 7,495 thousand. Since its establishment and up to 31.12.2025, the Entity has made an investment in Monta Holding ApS, which remains an active investment as at the reporting date. The value of this investment depends both on the financialperformance of Monta Holding ApS and on market-based valuations used to determine the price of the unlisted shares. Consequently, the future financial results of the Entity are dependent on the development in the value of its investment in Monta Holding ApS.
