Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyThe company’s activities is to conduct life science research and development activities related to medical data, as well as other activities deemed associated thereto by the executive management.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. Profit/loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -48.663 against DKK -15.308 last year. Management considers the profit/loss for the year to be in line with expectations The Company has lost more than half of its share capital and is therefore subject to the capital loss provisions of the Danish Companies Act. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In making this assessment, Management has considered that the shareholder has confirmed its intention to provide financial support and the necessary liquidity to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due throughout 2026. Based on the available financing and the shareholder's continued support, Management considers the going concern assumption to be appropriate and has therefore prepared the financial statements on that basis.
