Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyThe company's purpose is to directly and indirectly carry out financing and investment as well as carry out other business that is naturally connected to shipping by holding ownership shares in other companies as well as other related investments as determined by the management.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross loss for the year totals USD -672.737 against DKK -911.817 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals USD -896.361 against DKK -882.276 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year less satisfactory. The company has during 2025 made a contribution in kind of its investement in Viking Star Holding LLC into EMF AIF-SIKAV, Blue Harmony III, receiving shares in AIF-SIKAV, Blue Harmony III equal to the value of the investment in Viking Star Holding LLC. The transaction has resulted in a negative adjustment to the investment value of USD 255.721. Since the fair value of the shares received was lower than the cost of the investment in Viking Star Holding LLC.
