Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The company's primary purpose, as an investment company pursuant to section 19 of the Danish Capital Gains Tax Act (aktieavancebeskatningsloven), and as an alternative investment fund (AIF) under the Danish Act on Alternative Investment Funds, etc. (FAIF Act), is to invest in previously subscribed equity interests in venture-funded companies (secondaries), primarily in the United States, either directly or through the acquisition of interests in venture funds or similar entities containing portofolios of such equity interests.
The results of the company's activities in the financial year amounted to a profit/loss of DKK 18.295.972 against DKK 9.529.291 in last financial year. The equity at the balance sheet date amounted to DKK 118.070.411. Development in the underlying investments has been positive, but was impacted by adverse movements in the USD exchange rate during the year. The underlying fund and direct investments generated a positive value increase of USD 7.744.865.
