Årsrapport 2025Cepheo empowers businesses to adapt and succeed in a world of change through the passion of people and the power of Microsoft technology. We help customers transform by bringing business and technical expertise to the table and help our customers use technology and data to make more informed decisions, optimize daily operations, and bring out the very bestin their people. We support the full lifecycle of our customers’ cloud and on-premises platforms, from scoping and validation, through development and deployment, to managed services including upgrade, release and deployment services. Cepheo has a dedicated focus on the Microsoft platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure withrelated services. Cepheo Danmark is part of the Cepheo Group, specializing in implementing ERP-solutions, with focus on the Nordic countries.
Development in activities and financesAt the end of the financial year 2025, Cepheo Denmark expects to maintain a stable and focused organizational structure following the significant changes implemented during 2024. The organizational setup going forward reflects a clearer alignment between resources and customer-facing activities. Following the transition in 2024 to a unified IT platform across all Group entities, in 2025 the company focused onstabilizing and optimizing the platform. This enhanced operational efficiency, improve data consistency, and strengthen the foundation for scalable growth and reporting capabilities across the Group going forward. In 2025, focus shifted toward optimizing the new operating model and ensuring that the intended efficiencies andquality improvements are fully realized. Particular attention was given to governance, service quality, and alignment between in Shared Service Center and the operating companies.
