Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross profit for the year totals DKK 351.438 against DKK 619.010 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -999.312 against DKK -428.066 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory. Capital resources The company has lost its share capital and is subject to the provisions of the Danish Companies Act regarding capital loss. It is management’s assessment that they have implemented measures that will help to restore the company’s share capital. The entity has obtained a declaration of support from the entity's shareholders which is valid for 24 months from the date of the annual general meeting.
