Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the purpose of the company is to conceive and develop commercial innovations and business concepts within energy renovations, smart control, and optimization of real estate, as well as to engage in trade, provide services, and operate within the industry.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe gross loss for the year totals DKK -3.426 thousand against DKK -3.801 thousand last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -3.922 thousand against DKK -3.989 thousand last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory, given the company's purpose as a project company established to manage the development of potential spin-outs from the KRING venture studio. Financial resourcesAs at 31/12 2025 the Company's parent company, KRING Speedbooting 2022 K/S, has issued a letter of support, which enables SB22 Energi ApS to meet its obligations as they fall due. The letter of support expires at the date of the next ordinary general meeting.
