Årsrapport 2025Business reviewThe purpose of the company is to mediate, manage and rent out housing as well as activities related thereto.
Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31. december 2025 shows a loss of EUR 17.120, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows negative equity of EUR 204.530.The company was established to enter into a lease agreement regarding the property known as Atlantica Gardens. The company never took possession of the property, however there is a legal dispute with the owner, Lux Hotels Ltd, for the lease that the company did not pay and for costs associated with purported losses. The company is defending itself against the claims in the relevant courts of Cyprus. A provision for EUR 200,000 has been taken in the financial statements relating to this claim. There is uncertainty about the outcome of this case. The company will not undertake any other commercial activities until the Lux Hotels Ltd claim has been resolved.Uncertainty about the continued operation (going concern)As a result of the financial performance in recent years, the Company has lost a significant portion of its equity. Management is aware that this gives rise to uncertainty regarding the Company’s capital resources and its ability to continue as a going concern. Management expects that, if the legal dispute with Lux Hotels Ltd is resolved in the Company’s favour, the Company will resume its planned commercial activities.
