Notify Therapeutics is engaged in the discovery and development of drug products for treating infertility in women, based on the foundational science and intellectual property around new NTY series, which can utilize a new mechanism to promote egg formation and increase life birth.

The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of EUR 386 thousand against a loss of EUR 716 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of EUR 692 thousand. The loss for the year is according to expectations.During 2025, the Company reduced the R&D team to engage into more in vivo data around the clinical unmeet need and adjustment of dosing. In addition, the Company developed a multi-year strategic plan for drug development and began the preparations for the next round of funding, as an extended Seed to reach IND readiness stage. The extended seed may or may not include the tranche 2 of EUR 3 million from current investors.As the product development cycle in the pharmaceutical industry typically ranges 8-10 years from candidate to approval, we expect to raise additional equity capital, as well as non-dilutive capital from grants and strategic partners, to support the Company prior to commercialization of our first product.During the financial year, the Company purchased treasury shares with a nominal value of EUR 78. Subsequently, the share capital was reduced through cancellation of treasury shares with a nominal value of EUR 78.
