Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the company The Company functions as a procurement entity within the NORNORM Group. The Company acquires furniture assets and makes them available to group-related companies under the NORNORM full-circle workspace subscription model, together with related activities determined by the Managing Director.
Gross profit for the year amounts to EUR 2.856 thousand against EUR 5.070 thousand in 2024. The decrease primarily reflects the planned reallocation of furniture assets to other entities within the NORNORM Group and the normalization of inter-group activity following the establishment of additional financing vehicles in the Group. Operating profit amounts to EUR 1.770 thousand (2024: EUR 2.661 thousand). After net financial expenses of EUR 878 thousand (2024: EUR 1.857 thousand), the net profit for the year amounts to EUR 891 thousand (2024: EUR 804 thousand). No tax has been recognized for the year as the Company is included in the Danish joint taxation with NORNORM A/S as the administration company. Total assets on 31 December 2025 amount to EUR 10.590 thousand (2024: EUR 20.559 thousand). The reduction primarily reflects (i) the disposal of furniture to other group entities and (ii) the conversion of group debt to equity at parent level described below. Equity on 31 December 2025 amounts to EUR 4.136 thousand (2024: EUR 3.244 thousand).
