Description of key activities of the companyAs in previous years, the Company’s activities consisted of research and experimental development within the natural sciences and engineering, with a continued focus on developing medical device technology for the treatment of vaginal infections. During 2025, the Company made significant operational progress in advancing its product development, clinical evidence strategy and digital health capabilities. The primary achievement of the year was the initiation and substantial execution of the Company’s first-in-human clinical investigation at Odense University Hospital. The investigation was conducted in collaboration with clinical partners and under the oversight of the appointed Principal Investigator. By October 2025, the study was well underway and showed positive mid-point indications, supporting continued development of the Company’s technology and clinical strategy. In parallel with the clinical investigation, the Company continued to develop its connected product platform. During the year, the Company developed its first mobile application MVP capable of controlling the device. This represented an important step towards an integrated product experience and provides a foundation for future usability testing, patient interaction and digital product development. Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in the nature of the Company’s activities, which remain focused on research and experimental development. However, 2025 represented a significant year of execution, with increased activity related to clinical investigation, product development, digital development, quality assurance, regulatory preparation, marketing and organisational capacity. The gross loss for the year totals DKK -3.331 thousand against DKK -1.792 last year. Loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -5.624 thousand against DKK -3.029 last year. The increased loss reflects the Company’s planned investment in clinical development, staffing, product development, digital development and related R&D activities during the year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year unsatisfactory from a financial perspective, but in line with the Company’s development stage and planned execution of key R&D, clinical and product development milestones. As of 31 December 2025, the Company had negative equity, primarily as a result of accumulated development costs and continued investments in clinical, product and organizational development. Management expects that additional capital will be required in order to continue execution of the Company’s business plan and long-term development strategy.
