Description of key activities of the companyThe company's activity is sale of building parts, automatic doors, swing doors, control and security systems for windows and doors, window parts, related services, such as wholesale, trade in the above components, technology development and the sale of equipment for controlling doors and windows.

Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. Management do not consider the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory. The result for the year is affected by extraordinary write-down on goodwill of TDKK 4,020, which is shown in note 4 and extra company income tax to the Danish Tax Authorities TDKK 6,853 caused by adjustment of Transfer Pricing for previously years, which is shown in note 2. These writedown and costs deviates from what the management evaluates as part of the primary operations. The company's equity amounts to less than half of the subscribed capital. In accordance with section 119 of the Danish Companies Act, the management have acted on this already. It is the management's expectation that the equity will be restored by future earnings, which is why the management considers that there is no need for further measures. On the basis of commitments for continued financial support from the company's shareholders, it is the management's assessment that the company's capital availability is sufficient to cover the ongoing capital needs.
