The company is financed primarily through operating income with the additional support of a group company loan.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersDuring the financial year, the Company acquired 100% of the shares in Specialmontering ApS, thereby obtaining control of the entity. The acquisition represents a strategic step in strengthening the Group’s market position and expanding its competencies and service offerings. Other than this there have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross profit for the year totals DKK 5.447 thousand against DKK 6.828 thousand last year. Loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -1.200 thousand against DKK -339 thousand last year. Management considers the net loss for the year as expected.
