The entity's most important activities During 2025, as part of an internal restructuring, RWE Wind Holding A/S became a Limited Partner in Thor Wind JV K/S and a shareholder in Thor GP Investor ApS, holding 51% ownership in each company as of 31 December 2025. Thor Wind JV K/S and Thor GP Investor ApS hold ownership interests of 99.999% and 0.001%, respectively, in Thor Wind Farm I/S. Consequently, RWE Wind Holding A/S indirectly holds a 51% ownership interest in Thor Wind Farm I/S. The remaining 49% indirect ownership interest in Thor Wind Farm I/S is held by NBIM Thor Holding ApS through its corresponding 49% ownership interests in Thor Wind JV K/S and Thor GP Investor ApS. Thor Wind Farm I/S is established to develop, construct, and operate the Thor Offshore Wind Farm. The development of the Thor Offshore Wind Farm originates from the Danish Energy Agreement of 2018, following which the Danish Energy Agency conducted an EU tender process. Thor Wind Farm I/S was awarded the concession in December 2021. In January 2022, Thor Wind Farm I/S entered into an Agreement on the Obligation to Establish and Connect the Thor Offshore Wind Farm to the Grid with the Danish Energy Agency.
