Årsrapport 2025The Company's activities comprise research and development of medical products.Founded in 2020 by experts in neuroscience and RNA biology, the Company sets out to challenge the limitations of current treatments, and to transform the standard of care for neurological disorders.The Company focus on the modulation of microRNAs, which are powerful regulators of gene expression and play a fundamental role in disease biology. By targeting these mechanisms, the Company seeks to address the root causes of disease rather than treating symptoms alone. The portfolio includes a clinical stage candidate for drug-resistant epilepsy, as well as a preclinical program in Parkinson’s disease.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 55,785,767 against a loss of DKK 6,954,202 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 91,816,175. Capital increasesDuring the year, the Company completed capital increase through conversion of debt and cash contribution totalling DKK 166,734,385 in gross proceeds. Transaction costs related to capital increases, DKK 710,290, are recognized directly in equity through retained earnings.FundingSubsequent to year-end, the Company has secured additional funding of at least EUR 8 million through a convertible bridge loan agreement with current and new investors, providing sufficient funds for its planned activities for at least 12 months.Considering the cash availability and the scalability of the costs in 2026, which is within Management's control, Management has not identified any uncertainties regarding going concern, and hence prepared the financial statements under the going concern assumption.
