Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2024The Company's principal activity is to engage into commercial partnerships and conduct general sales and aftermarket activities within commercial water treatment as well as activities which, in Management's opinion, are related thereto.
The income statement for 2024 shows a loss of DKK 31 thousand against a loss of DKK 6 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2024 shows equity of DKK 455 thousand. The Danish entities within the LiqTech International, Inc. Group, are all ultimately financed via the parent company, LiqTech International, Inc. The Danish entities have received a letter of support from the parent company which commit itself, for the period of at least 12 months from 10 February 2025, to continue to financially support the Danish entities, so that the entities have sufficient liquidity for the planned activities and operations and sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations as they may mature. Based on this, the Executive Board and Board of Directors have presented the annual report under the assumptions of going concern.
