Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025Danske PEP 2018 Co-Investment K/S is a fund with a focus on co-investments in Europe and North Ameri- ca with one or more other Danske PEP 2018 partnerships. Investments are mainly made in small and mid market companies with managers known by Danske Private Equity.
Development in the financial year The financial year resulted in a loss of EUR 0.3 million, mainly related to the net currency exchange loss on the co-investments of EUR 0.4 million. The positive effects were mainly gains on co-investments amounted to EUR 0.2 million. In the financial year, there was no new paid-up Capital by the Limited Partners. The accumulated paid-up capital is EUR 10.7. An aggregated amount of EUR 15 thousand was contributed to co-investments during the financial year, bringing total contributed capital to co-investments to EUR 10.5 million. In the financial year, EUR 2.4 million was distributed to the Limited Partners, bringing the total distributions to the Limited Partners to EUR 4.3 million. An aggregated amount of EUR 2.5 million, was distributed from the portfolio funds during the financial year, bringing total distributions from portfolio funds to EUR 4.4 mil- lion.
