The development of the company and its activities The year 2025 was characterised by continued activity across the company’s core consultancy areas, combined with adjustments to the organisation and cost base in response to market conditions. After several years of growth, the market for advisory services within the life‑science sector was more cautious during 2025, with longer sales cycles and increased focus by clients on cost control and prioritisation of initiatives. In this environment, InnoStrat maintained engagement with our established client base and continued delivery of specialised advisory services within clinical, medical and commercial functions. Management focused on prioritising core offerings, improving scalability of delivery models and aligned the company’s organisation and cost structure with realised activity levels. The financial result of the year was a loss of TDKK 874. Management intends to align the organisation to the present market situation and hence improve financial outcomes in 2026. 1.3 The external view In 2025, InnoStrat continued to support pharmaceutical and life‑science companies with advisory services primarily within Medical Affairs and Clinical Development. Within Medical Affairs, the company assisted clients with strategic and operational topics including organisational development, capability building and external engagement structures, supporting Medical Affairs functions in their interaction with key external and internal stakeholde
