Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyThe Company's purpose is to conduct business within the sale of dietary supplements through the webshop, as well as all business which, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, is related to this.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe year marked a significant step forward for Welldium. For the first time, the company turned gross profit positive, a milestone Management considers a strong signal of the underlying business model maturing and laying the foundation for sustainable growth in the years to come. Following the balance sheet date, Welldium has continued to execute on its growth strategy. The Group has launched its entry into the UK market through the acquisition of a UK target, a milestone that Management believes positions the business strongly for the next phase of expansion. To support continued growth, Management has secured additional funding through convertible loan agreements and is in active dialogue with external financing partners, including public funding institutions. Management is confident in the Group's financial foundation and its ability to execute on the planned strategy. Based on the funding secured after the balance sheet date and the liquidity development during 2026, Management considers the Group's capital resources to be adequate to support ongoing operations and future ambitions.
