Årsrapport 2025The Company's main activities include development of sensor technology, a data platform and sales/services related to this.
The income statement for the period 01.01.25 - 31.12.25 shows a profit/loss of DKK -2,913,351 against DKK -3,572,549 for the period 01.01.24 - 31.12.24. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK -4,859,272.The company experienced significant commercial progress during 2025 and increased its revenue through the successful completion of several large-scale projects for major international companies. In particular, the company secured contracts relating to advanced sustainability and construction projects, demonstrating increasing market acceptance of the company’s sensor technology and software platform.The positive revenue development reflects the company’s continued focus on commercialisation of its technology and expansion within the construction and industrial sectors. During the year, the company strengthened its customer portfolio and further established its position as a provider of monitoring solutions for complex building projects.Despite the increased activity level and revenue growth, the company realised a loss for the year due to continued investments in product development, market expansion and organisational growth. Management considers these investments necessary to support the company’s long-term growth strategy and future value creation.Information on going concernThe company incurred a loss of t.DKK 2.913 in 2025 and had a negative equity of t.DKK 4.859 as of 31 December 2025.
