Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyThe prinicpal activities of the company are to operate within e-sports and related business.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The financial year 2025 has been marked by a net loss, which reflects both operational and structural challenges facing the Company. The gross profit for the year totals EUR 652.955 against EUR 589.251 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals EUR -704.379 against EUR -88.017 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year as expected. Strategic and Operational ReviewOverviewRecent financial years have presented significant structural headwinds for the Company, adversely impacting operational cash flow and creating material uncertainty regarding our ability to continue as a going concern. In response to recurring operating losses and cash flow shortages, Management has executed a comprehensive restructuring plan designed to stabilize operations, minimize cash burn, and align the business with a sustainable financial trajectory. Ownership Transition and Immediate Cost Base Realignment Following the change of ownership in late 2025, the explicit commitment from our new principal shareholders to provide the necessary capital has been foundational to our stabilization. Immediately following this change in majority stake, Management executed an exhaustive internal audit at the end of 2025.
