Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyPUFIN-ID® develops and commercializes technologies based on optical authentication of random patterns, solving critical challenges regarding: - Anti-counterfeit: With an unclonable O-KEYs® embedded in your product, you’re able to prove your product is genuine with a simple scan. - Traceability: Your O-KEYs® provides tracing information with every scan, helping identify supply chain leaks, avoid liability for non-approved products, and serve as legal proof in court cases. - Digitalization: Your O-KEYs® can provide instant product-specific information, streamlining installation, service, and if relevant, OEM-customer engagement. - Sustainability: O-KEYs® ensures compliance with the latest regulations, including the EU Digital Product Passport. It enables sharing sustainability data and exploring various circular models. The solution is patented and is the only solution in the world, that is both fully unclonable, yet still smartphone readable. This provides PUFIN-ID® with a unique market position.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross loss for the year totals DKK -827.118 against DKK -4.238.139 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 0 against DKK -14.977.591 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory. PUFIN-ID® is continuously working on expanding our solution offering and thereby our market outreach. The most significant progress within this financial year is the finalization of a fully durable, heat-transfer O-KEYs® for textile products which unlocks new market verticals within fashion and luxury and allows PUFIN-ID® to pursue deliver solutions for the EU Digital Product Passport. PUFIN-ID® has also secured extended trademark rights for the O-KEY® brand worldwide which strengthens our marketing and communication position.
