Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2026The company's purpose is to operate with freight forwarding and other logistics services as well as related activities.
The income statement for 2025/26 shows a profit of DKK 308,307 against a profit of DKK 1,425,670 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 March 2026 shows equity of DKK 4,539,554. The management consider the result of FY25/26 as satisfied. The re-routing of container vessels through the Cape of Good Hope continued through out the FY and is expected to continue as long as the unstable situation in the Middle East continues. Also with the tariffs imposed by the US Government in the beginning of the FY, has made the overall global freight market very unstable and vulnerable. By the end of the FY the attack on Iran has caused further disruptions such as increasing cost on fuel and other related products. There is no doubt that we look into a FY26/27 which is expected to be even more challenging. Considering this, the management still expect to generate a positive result in FY26/27.
