Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The Company's principal activities are to own shares in Nature Planet ApS.
The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 63,022,525 as against a loss of DKK 53,219,298 in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK -150,151,911 as against DKK -81,615,920 at 31 December 2024. During the financial year 2025, income from equity investments in group entities and financial expenses were significantly affected by acquisition costs and financial expenses for the acquisitions in the United States that were made in 2023 and late 2021. The Company has lost its equity as per 31 December 2025. However, it is the Management's expectations that results for the coming years will be positive, whereby equity will be restored, as financial performance for the coming years will be positively impacted by the three United States group acquisitions at the end of 2021 and during 2023 as wells as the Group’s continued growth in Europe. During the financial year, the Company provided a group contribution to the subsidiary, Nature Planet ApS, of DKK 50 million. Management’s assessment of Going Concern Management assesses that the Company will be able to continue its operations (going concern), as: • Improved earnings are expected in the coming financial years • Adequate liquidity has been secured or is expected to be secured Based on this, the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.
