The income statement for the period 01.01.25 - 31.12.25 shows a profit/loss of DKK -1,802,853 against DKK -79,605 for the period 01.01.24 - 31.12.24. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK 10,475,706. The estimated result for 2026 is a loss of DKK 1.4 million.2025 was another intense year in Cbio where the key focus was to bridge the transition from a preclinical to a clinical-stage company with full focus on getting our T-cell therapy product, novoleucel into the clinic. In the continuous dialogue with the European Medicines Agency (EMA), we received constructive feedback on our clinical trial application package for novoleucel with three main conclusions: EMA accepted the proposed clinical trial design where we go directly to a phase I/IIa study meaning that we do not need to perform dose escalation and can start directly with the high dose in patients. I cannot express enough how significant this achievement is for us as it basically means that our path to market is shortened by approximately 2 years and thus is a major value inflection point putting us directly in the league of biotech companies with phase II assets as soon as we treat the first patients. On the challenging side, EMA demanded that we developed an extra potency assay, which was somehow surprising to us as the guidelines were kind of vague here.
