The purpose of the foundation is to support education on a charitable, non-profit basis in accordance with the objectives of the French school legislation adapted to the Danish school legislation so that it can both form the basis for further education in Denmark and in France, as it happens at the independent institution Prince Henrik's School, hereafter referred to as Prince Henrik's School. The purpose of the foundation is primarily realized by constructing, maintaining and expanding appropriate buildings and teaching facilities for Prince Henrik's school. Description of material changes in activities and financesThe result of the year was a loss of T.DKK 2.885. The balance of the foundation shows total assets of T.DKK 443.009 and an equity of T.DKK 178.880. For 2025/26, a deficit has been realized at the same level as the budgeted deficit for the year. As budgeted, there is a positive result before interest and tax (EBIT) while net financial expenses have been slightly less than budgeted. Overall, the year 2026/27 is also expected to follow the prepared long-term budget with a deficit at the same level as 2025/26, or a little less.
