Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the activities is to conduct business within the sale of promotional items and other related activites.
The gross profit for the year totals DKK 35.488.834 against DKK 37.477.781 last year. Income from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 17.217.020 against DKK 21.377.291 last year. Management considers the net profit for the year satisfactory. The decrease in earnings compared to the previous year is primarily attributable to extraordinary costs related to the takeover of EU distribution for a major customer. As part of this transition, the Company was required to acquire residual inventory from the former distributor at a premium price, which temporarily impacted margins. Despite this, Management considers the net profit for the year satisfactory and reflective of a business that continues to demonstrate strong underlying performance and resilience. The financial performance for the year was in line with Management’s initial expectations. Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company has successfully been awarded a major UK distribution contract with a key customer. The contract is expected to commence towards the end of 2026 and represents a significant strategic milestone, strengthening the Company’s international footprint and long-term growth potential.
