Årsrapport 2021Business review The company's purpose is trade, import and export of fashion items, including designer bags, shoes, accessories, jewelry and other luxury- and quality products under the brand "Brunello Cucinelli" in Denmark
Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2021 shows a loss of DKK 2.775.463, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2021 shows negative equity of DKK 6.072.674. The company has experienced tuff comercial conditions from start including the COVID19 closedown. The company has lost more than half of its share capital, and must take into consideration, the relevant paragraphs in the Danish Companies Act. Management has taken the consequences of this and have during 2021 taken aktion to close down the company with the purpose of going in to liquidating in 2022. A letter of support from the parent company has been issued to secure the company sufficient funds in the proces. Management is presenting the financial statement under the assumption of going concern.
