Description of key activities of the companyThe purpose of the Foundation is to promote knowledge, dissemination and use of data-based development, health promotion, prevention and disease management, thereby contributing to development, growth and public health locally, nationally and globally. In order to promote its purpose, the Foundation may, subject to the rules of law, cooperate with all relevant private and public-sector players operating within development, health promotion, prevention and disease management as well as on specific projects, and make insight and data available for processing, analysis, research, knowledge sharing and other activities targeted at development and prevention. The Foundation may, subject to the applicable rules of law governing individuals’ right to control personally identifiable data, enter into collaborative projects based on data on organisations and/or individuals and take any other measures to promote the purpose of the Foundation. The Foundation may operate through subsidiaries whose activities fall within the purpose of the Foundation. The Foundation has not, as at the time of financial reporting, opted to do so. Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The revenue for the year totals DKK 7.487.775 against DKK 4.330.490 last year. Profit from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -23.587 against DKK -7.313 last year. Management considers the net profit for the year satisfactory. Financial consolidation Our activities in 2025 were primarily funded by the EU project, supplemented by donations from supporters of our mission. The EU funding allowed us to advance our vision from prototypes to a functional data-sharing platform pilot tested in real environments ready for future implementation, and further co-creation. The Foundation is dependent on external funding until operations are established, and many efforts are made to secure liquidity at this stage. As a PCP project, Crane presents an opportunity for a follow-up Public Procurement of Innovative solutions (PPI) Project, enabling our solution to scale within participating regions with continued EU funding. Additionally, we now have a proven platform that can be showcased and scaled through strategic partnerships outside the project framework, opening further opportunities for funding, donations, and revenue generation.
