Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The company's purpose is to engage in business within the design and construction of cutting-edge technology and any related business deemed appropriate by the management.
The Company's income statement for 2024/25 shows a loss of DKK 876,636 as against a profit of DKK 278,369 in 2023/24. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 30 September 2025 stood at DKK 2,442,073 as against DKK 3,318,709 at 30 September 2024. The financial year was in line with forecast, and results for the year are considered satisfactory. During the past fiscal year, our company experienced a temporary decline in financial performance compared to previous growth periods. This downturn primarily stems from our strategic decision to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of our technology infrastructure. The development, design, and implementation of our new software platform required significant resources, both in terms of financial investment and team focus. Our decision to rebuild our technology foundation was driven by our analysis of long-term market requirements and customer needs, rather than short-term financial considerations.
