Årsrapport 2025The principal activities of the companyThe company's purpose is to own shares in subsidiaries, which operates restaurants, bars and night clubs.
The gross profit for the year totals DKK 174.310 against DKK -119.380 last year. The result from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -693.464 against DKK -1.224.975 last year. The management does not consider the result profit for the year satisfactory. The company has lost all of its equity. For the financial year 2026, management expects result which will result in the company being able to respond to its obligations. The company expects to restore its equity within a shorter number of years. The Company has received a letter of comfort from NoHo Partners Oyj, to ensure that the Company can continue its operations and meet their liabilities as they fall due. Reference is made to Note 1.
