Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025Allset Industries A/S operates both locally and globally, providing specialized solutions in maritime electrical installations, maritime electrification, biofouling management, antifouling solutions, as well as tasks related to the oil and gas industry and renewable energy - both onshore and offshore. The company is particularly known for its innovative technological solutions that support a more sustainable development of the maritime sector.
The income statement for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 15,249,560 against a profit of DKK 13,960,151 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 38,468,549. Earnings have increased significantly compared to the previous year, reflecting greater engagement from both existing and new customers, particularly within the offshore/wind sector and the green transition of the shipping industry. Additionally, Allset Industries A/S has during the year continued to strengthen the organization and invested in compliance and governance-related activities in order to meet increasing market requirements and global expectations, thereby strengthening the company’s market position. Management considers the annual result satisfactory and in line with the company’s strategic growth plansManagement expects continued growth in 2026, driven by increasing demand from both existing and new customers. With a stronger focus on the green transition in the maritime industry, Allset Industries A/S sees great opportunities in the market for electrification and sustainable maritime solutions.
