Scalepoint delivers mission-critical software solutions to property and casualty insurers. We offer three integrated solutions: ClaimShop, HUB (Motor, Property and Health editions) and CORE. Scalepoint ClaimShop is a tool for valuing and settling home content claims. It enables fast, automated processing and allows policyholders to receive cash, repairs, or discounted replacements through a built-in webshop. ClaimShop is an add-on to the insurer’s core system, and in addition to digital services, it also includes procurement, payments, and customer support services. Scalepoint HUB supports end-to-end damage repair management. It connects all parties involved through a portal and includes a comprehensive ecosystem, including suppliers, such as car repair shops, craftsmen, and healthcare professionals. Automatic validation and price control are performed throughout the process. Scalepoint HUB also extends insurers’ existing core systems. Scalepoint CORE is a full-suite insurance system that covers all sales, policy and claims processes. The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 34,862 thousand against a profit of DKK 20,073 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 52,990 thousand. For 2025, the annual report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in the Danish Financial Statements Act applying to medium-sized reporting class C entities. The changes are described in note 1, accounting policies.In prior years, Scalepoint Technologies Denmark A/S prepared financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as approved by the EU and additional Danish disclosure requirements for medium-sized class C entities.Profit/loss for the year compared to previously announced expectations In the 2024 annual report, net profit was expected to be in the range of DKK 15–20 million. The realized loss in 2025 was primarily driven by acquisition-related costs, including expenses associated with warrants and severance arrangements.
