Business review PreCure ApS develops high-grade smart wearable technology and intelligent equipment, with the aim of reducing the extent of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) among employees in private and public companies. By reducing MSD, the employees' mental and physical well-being improves, which results in the number of days of absence due to illness being reduced to the benefit of both employees and companies.

Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2024 shows a loss of DKK 1.780.674, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2024 shows equity of DKK 1.087.299. The result for the year is below the expectation, in the most recently published expectation. The negative result is significantly affected by depreciation of DKK 1.961.006 will be re-established during 2025 and 2026 through improved operations. Notwithstanding the above, however, it may be relevant to raise capital if the growth in sales occurs faster than expected, as such sales growth will entail a need for additional employees. In 2024, PreCure ApS has been focusing on: • To further develop PreCure ApS's products. • To increase awareness of PreCure ApS's products among the potential customers – including creating documentation for – and understanding among the customers – that prevention of MSD provides strong financial long-term results for the potential customers. • Increase the sales through the utilization of the improved products and customers' increased awareness and understanding of the product. It is the assessment of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors that PreCure ApS is the technological market leader in smart wearable technology with a focus on reducing MSD. During 2024, the knowledge of PreCure ApS's products has been significantly expanded, and PreCure ApS is experiencing great interest from potential customers to meet Precure ApS and test the company's products.
