The company’s products are designed to reduce the transmission of bacteria, viruses and fungi on surfaces, in air and in water systems. The company’s vision is to become one of the world’s leading developers of life-saving infection prevention technology. The company continues to expand its international activities through distributors, strategic partnerships and regulatory initiatives in key healthcare markets.
Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of DKK 6.549.522, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows negative equity of DKK 4.577.235.During 2025, the company continued its international commercial activities and further developed its distribution network in key healthcare markets. Revenue increased significantly compared to the previous year; however, the company continued to invest significantly in product development, regulatory activities, market expansion and protection of intellectual property rights. The company remains focused on long-term value creation through international growth and continued development of its infection prevention technologies.FinancingDuring the year, the company secured additional funding from existing investors and lenders to support its continued development and international expansion. Management expects that the company will continue to have access to the funding required to support its planned activities.
