Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 January 2026 shows a profit of TDKK 3.270, and the balance sheet at 31 January 2026 shows negative equity of TDKK 18.662.At 31 January 2026, the company had lost its entire share capital. The equity is expected to be fully or partially restored in the near future. The company's management is aware of section 119 of the Danish Companies Act regarding capital losses. JD Sports Fashion Denmark ApS has received a letter of support from the parent company, JD Sports Fashion Europe Holdings Limited. This letter of support states that JD Sport Fashion Europe Holdings Limited will provide the necessary financial support to JD Sports Fashion Denmark ApS for the foreseeable future, being at least until 31 July 2027. In the 2024/25 annual report, management anticipated improved results for 2025/26 through increased sales, improved gross margins and continued investment in key areas of the business.
