Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyThe object of the company is to develop a novel oncology drug called MBS8 using its proprietary drug delivery system with a proprietary TLR7 agonist.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross profit for the year totals DKK 1.811thousand against DKK 1.480thousand last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -4.777thousand against DKK -3.921thousand last year. Management considers the result for the year to be expected, which is a consequence of the company's activities within research and development. The Company has entered into a convertible loan agreement, with one of the company's shareholders, which will ensure the company with the necessary liquidity to continue the research and development activities. The Company’s financial statements as of and for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and the settlement of liabilities and commitments in the normal course of business for the foreseeable future.
