Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the CompanyCoinify operates as a crypto asset service provider services to individual clients and merchants related to virtual currencies, including Bitcoin and other digital assets, as well as related activities permitted within the perimeter of its operating license, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. The Company’s core offerings include on and off ramping services, payment solutions, and other regulated financial services that support both business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) clients in accessing the digital asset ecosystem.
Significant changes in the Company's activities and financial mattersThe gross profit for the year totals tDKK 15.283 against tDKK 33.149 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals tDKK -11.142 against tDKK 1.713 last year. Due to a challenging environment and a prolonged downturn in the crypto market, the Company experienced pressured financial performance during the year. This outcome reflects lower activity levels and reduced market demand, despite continued efforts to enhance operational efficiency and to make targeted investments in higher-quality revenue streams. In 2025, the Company demonstrated meaningful progress in cost improvements, underscoring management’s continued focus on strengthening execution, improving scalability, and optimizing the overall business model. Market Conditions and Operational Performance Management continues to observe a strong correlation between the performance of the Company’s on- and off-ramping services and the overall crypto market sentiment. Periods characterized by lower volatility, reduced trading activity, or heightened fear within the crypto markets have led to a noticeable decline in transaction volumes. This has resulted in monthly revenue fluctuations and increased variability in financial performance. The crypto market in 2025 was predominantly characterized by downside pressure, which negatively impacted transaction-based revenues.
