The Company's principal activities The Company's principal activities consist in development of technology for personal identification based on microelectronic technology.

Development in the activities and the financial situation of the Company The Company's income statement of the financial year 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024 shows a result of 4.307.892 DKK and the balance sheet at 31 December 2024 a total of 31.420.998 DKK and an equity of 30.405.068 DKK. According to plan the main activities have been terminated during 2024 and most of the employees were given termination notice with effect from 31 May 2024. Further the leasehold agreement regarding the tenancy in Herlev were terminated with effect from 31 May 2024 and the Company relocated to a smaller tenancy in Copenhagen. The shareholders have decided to dissolve the Company through a formal liquidation during 2025. The shareholders have declared that sufficient liquidity will be injected to the Company in form of payment of the receivable from group enterprises amounting to DKK 30,303,085 at 31 December 2024 to finance the process with the dissolvement of the Company. , The Company's income statement of the financial year 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024 shows a result of 4.307.892 DKK and the balance sheet at 31 December 2024 a total of 31.420.998 DKK and an equity of 30.405.068 DKK.
