Årsrapport 2025Newscycle Denmark ApS is a holding company with the purpose of owning shares in Naviga A/S
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 13,538 thousand against a loss of DKK 27,261 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows a negative equity of DKK 37,859 thousand. The Company has receivables amounting to DKK 22,119 thousand before write down towards affiliated companies in the Group. The Management in Newscycle Denmark ApS assesses, that there is a significant uncertainty related to the valuation of the receivables from group entities, as the affiliated companies may not have sufficient funding to repay these receivables. As a consequence of this uncertainty, the Management of Newscycle Denmark ApS has chosen to write down its receivables from group entities with DKK 21,212 thousand in the financial year 2023 and DKK 2,633 thousand in the financial year 2024. As a result of developments in exchange rates, the Company has recognized income of DKK 1,726 thousand relating to the reversal of previous years’ impairment of receivables from group entities. The accumulated write-downs on receivables from group entities amount to DKK 22,119 thousand as of 31 December 2025. Reference is made to note 4.The result for 2025 is significantly impacted by positive foreign exchange adjustments amounting to DKK 366 thousand (2024: DKK -202 thousand). The foreign exchange adjustments relate to payables to group entities and receivables from group entities in foreign currency.
