The result represents a significant decline compared with the 2024 result, reflecting reduced activity levels following the workforce restructuring completed within the Galecto Group in 2024 and a substantial foreign exchange loss recognised in financial expenses during the year.The company renders research and development services to companies within the Galecto Group and has primarily financed its operations from income from such revenue. ("Damora"), a privately held biotechnology company advancing a portfolio of anti-mutant calreticulin ("mutCALR") targeted therapies for myeloproliferative neoplasms, led by DMR-001, a monoclonal antibody targeting mutCALR, through a twostep merger effected under the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated November 10, 2025, pursuant to which Damora became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
