InProther ApS, operating under its secondary name HERVolution Therapeutics ApS, is a preclinical biotechnology company developing immunotherapies that harness the untapped potential of the Dark Genome. The Company's​proprietary engineering platform redesigns Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) to disrupt immune tolerance, enabling the immune system to detect and act on these antigens for the first time. This approach gives​rise to ready-to-use immunotherapies addressing serious unmet medical needs in oncology and in age-related metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases. ​​The Company's lead candidate, IPT-001, is a dual adenoviral (Ad) vector immunotherapy. It uses two proprietary Ad-vectors that show low pre-existing immunity and strong antigen expression, enabling the concurrent activation of potent HERV-specific T and B cell responses. IPT-001 is being advanced toward first-in-human clinical​evaluation. In parallel, HERVolution is progressing IPT-002, an mRNA vector expressing the proprietary HERV antigen, which is intended to facilitate repeated dosing in patients and to enhance anti-HERV immune responses through a prime-boost treatment approach in combination with IPT-001.

Development in activities and financesThe gross loss for the year totals TDKK -12,534 against TDKK -17,683 last year. Income or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals TDKK -21.304, against TDKK -22.376 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory.​​During the year, the Company aligned its accounting for development costs and the related grant funding with the treatment commonly applied in the sector, recognising research and development in the income statement as incurred. Comparative figures have been restated accordingly. The accounting policies and notes set out the detail​​2025 marked significant progress in moving HERVolution from the discovery phase toward clinical readiness. The Company confirmed unresectable Stage III non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as the lead indication for IPT-001 and advanced a second indication in metabolic disease (type 2 diabetes and obesity). A comprehensive briefing package was filed with the Danish Medicines Agency (DKMA) for the oncology program and a separate briefing package with the Spanish Medicines Agency (AEMPS) for the metabolic indication; positive scientific advice was received in both cases.
