Årsrapport 2026Description of key activities of the companyThe company is responsible for the unique WMCS technology, on which the Wetling Group products are based. This includes product development, management of the outsourced manufacturing and coordinating regulatory compliance matters, primarily for the European market.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The company currently has negative equity, and its continued operation is dependent on continued financial support from its parent company. Once the ground breaking and patented WMCS technology will be fully commercialised, the Wetling Group management and shareholders expect that the Group will generate a positive result in the future, thereby re-establishing the company's equity. In the meantime, Wetling Holdings Pte Ltd, being the company's sole shareholder and lender, has issued a letter of support and a letter of subordination to secure the company as going concern in the current fiscal year.
