Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the activities are to provide management consulting services as well as any other business incidental thereto.
The gross profit for the year totals DKK 247.295 thousand against DKK 285.798 last year. Income or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -54.928 thousand against DKK -46.446 last year. Management considers the net loss for the year unsatisfactory and have been actively working towards restoring profitability thru various strategic and organizational initiatives launched in 2025. It is expected that the company will realize negative result for the financial year 2026. Net revenue and loss will be at the same level as in 2025 as management expects revenue between 550-600 m.DKK and loss between -40-50 m.DKK. Financial ressourcesThe ultimate parent company Bain & Company, Inc. has in a support letter of 9 March 2026 given commitment to support the company, so that the company's normal business acitivties will continue and the capital ressources are intact until 1 January 2027.
